Terms of service

(Yes the boring legal stuff.. UGHHH!)

(INCLUDING ONE TIME PAYMENTS, YEARLY PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS OR ANY OTHER TRANSACTION DONE WITH ANY OF THE COMPANIES MENTIONED BELOW INCLUDING LAZY COW MEDIA, LLC.)

BY USING A PRODUCT FROM CHEAP ASS LEADS, LAZY COW MEDIA, LAZY COW STAFFING OR ANY OTHER COMPANY OWNED BY THE LEGAL ENTITY “LAZY COW MEDIA, LLC” YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE.

Basic relationship rules:

  1. Any healthy business relationship is established with a solid plan for communication. By using our services or softwares you agree to be respectful and communicative when you need help. We cannot help you if we don’t hear from you. You can always reach the support team at support@lazycowstaffing.com, We promise to treat you with the same transparency and respect.

    Virtual Assistant Service:

    What is included in the virtual assistant hiring service?

    1. One year of virtual assistant hiring services. (We will scout, hire, interview and train a virtual assistant on your behalf. You will need to interview the VAs and make your own decision on hiring, but we will do everything else for you.) If anytime within one year your virtual assistant no longer meets the needs - we will restart and hire another virtual assistant. If you choose to continue working with the VA but tell us they did not work out, you immediately cut off our services and our relationship will be over. We stand by our product but we demand honesty and transparency.

    2. By using our services, you are agreeing that you maintain responsibility over this contractor / virtual assistant. Lazy Cow Staffing takes no responsibility for any damages or losses due to a virtual assistant. Through over 1,000 hires we have NEVER once had this be an issue, but we must put this disclaimer to protect ourselves.

    3. By using our services you agree to our refund policy (no refunds, all sales are final)

    4. By using our services you agree to treat your VA with respect and professionalism. You will pay your VAs on time and in full every pay period.

(Lead generation) Follow up time, volume and quality of leads:

  1. You agree to follow up with your leads. This means rigorous contact attempts by phone call, text message, email and social media contact. You agree to call the leads from the GoHighLevel CRM you have purchased from us. Any CRM outside of our control immediately waives any quality we discuss. Our CRM is designed for our leads, other CRMs and softwares are not. The average lead conversion takes roughly 16 contacts. Anything less is “poor follow up” and voids any lead quality we discuss.

  2. All leads take time. You will not see success with any lead source immediately. You agree that lead generation is a numbers game and this will take months before you start to see any success. This is why we have a 30 day notice of cancellation and a minimum time commitment on our products. Lead quality is hard to realistically analyze with anything less than 100 leads. By using our services, you agree that you will not give up too soon or cancel before getting enough leads (50-100).

Payments, chargeback/dispute, refund and cancellation policy

  1. Payments for any business services, softwares and one-time purchase items such as advertisement creative, web design, and additional funnels are all non-refundable. You agree that all sales are final and refunds will only be given upon management approval. If you would like to request a refund, you can do so at support@cheapassleads.com

  2. 30 day notice of cancellation is mandatory on any product or service you buy from us. If you would like to cancel, you must do so within 30 days of your last cancellation. Any and all commitments are a minimum of a 2 month commitment. 3 months or longer for any lead service other than the CRM.

  3. All sales are final and any payments disputed with your banking institution or credit card company will be considered “fraudulent” and invalid due to these terms of service. This act is sometimes called a dispute, charge dispute, payment dispute or chargeback. This occurs when someone contacts their bank and states that a payment was not supposed to be completed. You understand that any and all payments are final and you agree not to dispute any charges with your bank. You agree that a 100% + $15 USD fee will be applied to you and must be paid in full. You agree that you are an authorized user on the credit or debit card.

Twilio, GoHighLevel and other CRM charges:

  1. I understand that I CheapAssLeads.com gets billed for the CRM software, CRM Twilio phone number and usage and will in turn, re-bill me for this. I will pre-pay a minimum of $25 to load my "wallet". As I progressively use the CRM texting and calling capabilities, the pre-loaded amount will go towards my Twilio usage balance. An estimated average is around $12 per month. (Estimate: 500 text messages only costs around $10) All CRM and Twilio Re-bill sales are final.

  2. Twilio miscellaneous fees. There may be a monthly, annual or bi-annual Twilio fee applied to your account at any time. The most common fees are “$10 monthly”, $47 bi-annual” or $94 annual” Twilio could change their policies and we would immediately be responsible for these charges, thus having to pass them onto the customer. You agree to be charged additional fees by us considered “Twilio miscellaneous fees”.

Support requests:

  1. I understand that any support requests must be sent to support@lazycowstaffing.com. Anything sent outside of support@lazycowstaffing.com has no guarantee of being responded to. I understand if I send any support request, cancellation request, question, comment or communication to anywhere other than support@cheapassleads.com it is considered absent and void.
